You will use all Harris-County.com Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Harris-County.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its own discretion. It is your responsibility to keep current with changes in the terms and conditions, since changes are effective for all members, regardless of when you joined.

Indemnification. Upon Harris-County.com’s request, you shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Harris-County.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees, from any claims, losses, damages, expenses, and fees including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or relating to (i) the development, and (ii) your use of and enrollment in any Applicable Harris-County.com Service, including without limitation any violation by you of these terms and conditions. The terms of this section will survive any termination of this agreement.

Force Majeure. Harris-County.com will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen contingency beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
